After just 2 weeks of not running to study for block test, my running is like really screwed. Now I am desperately trying to rebuild my stamina again.
On the other hand, this is a very nice song. (Don’t bother about the video though, it’s terrible - but it wasn’t done by me. Just let the music flow.) By the way, the song is the acoustic version of the song “Scars” by Papa Roach in their album “Getting Away with Murder”.

Given that my swimming isn’t exactly great, I decided that instead of triathlon, I would go for duathlon training. The standard duathlon (London Duathlon) includes a 10KM run, followed by a 20KM cycle ride, and ends with a 5KM run.
Well, I haven’t been running for very long, so for my first duathlon training, I decided to go easy on myself. A ~3KM run, followed by a ~15KM cycle ride. I clocked a total time of 55 Minutes and 6 Seconds, including a rest and transition time of 2 Minutes and 43 Seconds.
I will probably go for my next training on Friday. A 3KM run, 15KM cycle and then a 1KM run. I hope to finish the entire thing in under an hour.
